Conducting risk assessments in line with Public Health ‘Risk Matrix for workers in health care settings
Ensuring social distancing, hand sanitising, environmental cleaning, and regular air ventilation occurs
As far as safe and practicable and in line with public health advice, we will be maintaining all service options including face to face sessions and telehealth / phone consultations
Face to face sessions may be discontinued at any stage, if the risk is determined to be too high
Showing proof of vaccination for eligible family members attending the clinic (Check In Tas app tick; printed or digital copy of Medicare Covid-19 Certificate; Immunisation Record). While we understand that vaccination is not mandatory for clients and that there are some circumstances which require medical exemptions, we will be requesting information on vaccination status to ensure we are providing options that are as safe as possible for our clients
Cancelling/ Rescheduling your face to face appointment, if anyone is unwell at all, including symptoms of fever, runny nose, cough, sore or itchy throat, breathing difficulties, loss of taste / smell (even if you think it is hay fever or asthma). Telehealth / phone consultations are available on request.
Cancelling/ Rescheduling your face to face appointment, if you have been directed to isolate / quarantine, due to a positive test for Covid-19; being a close contact of a case; or travel to a high risk location / premises.
Limiting people attending to one parent / carer with your child
Bringing your own mask(s) for people over 12 years and wearing it during your session
Sanitising your hands before and during your session, as required
Coughing / sneezing into your elbow and hand sanitising afterwards
